A Lifelong Love of Nature’s Treasures

Meet Owner/Designer Lee Jarrell

My journey as a jewelry artist began long before I ever touched silver or stone. As a child exploring the Rocky Mountains with my family, I would spend hours collecting nature's precious gifts – snail shells, stones, sticks…anything that caught my eye because it had beautiful colors, a sparkle, or a surprisingly smooth surface from years of being tumbled in a creek. Those camping trips through America's National Parks weren't just family vacations; they were my first lessons in finding beauty in the natural world.

I was always drawn to the small-town jewelry shops we'd discover on our travels, pressing my nose against glass cases filled with turquoise pieces that seemed to capture the very essence of the mountains and sky. Each piece told a story, and I dreamed of someday creating stories of my own.

That dream crystallized when I was presented with the opportunity to attend silversmithing school. There, in my home workshop, everything clicked into place. The craft allowed me to weave together all the elements I had loved since childhood – the raw beauty of natural stones, the artistry of metalwork, and the deep connection to the landscapes that had shaped me.

What began as a personal passion for creating handcrafted, artisan pieces has evolved into something even more meaningful. Today, I have the privilege of helping clients design beautiful, fine custom jewelry for life's most precious moments – from engagements and weddings to everyday celebrations. Each piece I create is more than jewelry; it's a continuation of that same wonder I felt as a child, transformed into wearable art that tells my clients' unique stories.

My work remains deeply rooted in those early days of discovery in the mountains, combining traditional silversmithing techniques with contemporary design to create pieces that honor both the natural world and the special moments in my clients' lives.
